These photos were taken on Heather's Birthday in 2018.

The memorial is for all who were injured in the car attack, the resilient survivors, and the Virginia State Police officers who died that day.

The building owners and the city have graciously allowed people to respectfully create and maintain the ever-evolving memorial.
